Rachelle Janicki
Medical Assistant

Rachelle assists Dr. Heidtke with direct patient care. When you come for an appointment, she will likely be the person to prepare you for your visit, taking your vital signs and history. She performs numerous tasks including answering your nursing phone calls, calling in prescriptions, scheduling surgeries, and assisting with in-office surgical procedures. In her free time she enjoys making jewelry, and exercising, and spending time with her family.

Christina Dobie
Receptionist/Medical Assistant

When you call for an appointment or have other questions, Christina will most likely to be the friendly voice on the other end of the phone. She works in the front office, registering patients, and helping them check out. She also performs numerous secretarial duties as well as assisting Dr. Heidtke with patients when needed. Outside of work, Christina enjoys exercising, such as bike riding, swimming, snorkeling, and snowboarding.

Cindy Elya
Medical Biller/Receptionist

Cindy handles all the office's billing needs. This includes posting charges, submitting claims to insurance companies, and sending out monthly statements to patients. She is the one to talk to if you have billing concerns and other questions related to the cost of our services. When she is not in the office you might find Cindy on nature walks, exercising at the gym, bike riding, boating, fishing, or downhill and cross country skiing.
